How long does it take to deliver products?

Within the EU, your order will be sent within 1-2 days. For orders outside of the EU, it may take longer depending on location. Expect between 3-10 business days. Custom and personalised towels take longer to produce, you can read more below.

Do you send outside Germany or EU?

Yes, we do sell to following countries outside of the EU: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we send you the tracking ID that you can find in your order shipping conformation.

How do I know you have received my order?

We will send a confirmation via email as soon as the order is completed. If you do not receive it, please email

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer our customers payment by invoice via Klarna, Credit card payment, and also accept contactless payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.  

What material do you use for your Towels?

We use 100% organic cotton.

What’s unique about knitted towels?

Unlike most towels, ours are knitted instead of woven. You can read more about our towels here.

Can I customise or personalise any of your towels?

Yes. Currently our customiser tool works with our beach towels, but you can customise any of our towels with the name or text you’d like. Simply write us an email at with the text and towels you would like to purchase. 

Can I order size, pattern, and colour combinations that are not listed on the website?

Yes, you can place an order of the specific size and pattern, and add a note, which colour scheme you would like. Please email us with your request.

How long does it take to produce and deliver customized towels?

Custom and personalised towels are programmed and knitted on our machine individually. This means it will take us longer to fulfill your oder — expect between 5-10 days depending on our capacity.

Can I sell your products in my store/online shop?
