Delivery time

We usually require 5-10 business days to manufacture and ship your towels. Please leave a message with your order if you would like your order to arrive sooner, we will do our best to accommodate your wish. Custom and personalized towels take longer to produce.

 

Do you send outside Germany or EU?

Yes, we do sell to the following countries and Germany.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we send you the tracking ID that you can find in your order shipping conformation.

 

How do I know that you have received my order?

We will send a confirmation via email as soon as the order is completed. If you do not receive it, please email info@towel.studio.
